I recently received this beautiful blouse from Sugarlips Apparel. I can't begin to describe how exited I was. Not only do I believe in Sugarlips as a company for reaching out to fashion bloggers in order to spotlight real girls wearing their clothes, but this blouse is now a closet essential. There are endless possibilities to style this top. I admire the snap buttons, that give a western feel, as well as the high neck peter pan color and crochet detailing. The sheer fabric is ideal for layering and can honestly be worn year round!

OMG! Today marks the two year anniversary from the very day I began writing this blog! It is amazing to look back on my first few posts and see how much my style, my views, and content has changed. Originally I focused on inspiration, pieces I lusted after, events, and collections. I used to post randomly. Now I mainly post my outfits four to five times a week. I want to thank everyone who has followed me since the beginning and those who have joined in along the way. Recently I have encountered many exciting opportunity thanks to my blog that I can't wait to share!

Although my mom deemed this outfit "You wish you were going to Coachella", I was influenced by a new online clothing store I discovered called Gypsy Warrior. You have to check out their site! I wish I could buy everything. I love the rocker, boho, urban vibe that totally fits my style.

When I first instagrammed a picture of these loud shorts I was asked how I would style them. I find the best way to wear them is with the most basic pieces possible. I threw on an easy gray racerback from American Apparel and a belt. To be honest these shorts are way too big on me but how could I possibly pass them up? Economics is taking over my mind. All aspects of my daily life are now shadowed with terms of increasing opportunity cost and how demand is affected. I have no rational incentive to complain about taking this summer course because I am lessening my requirement list to transfer and the information is highly useful.I just despise multiple choice.

Lovely debut of my newest prized possession... my first Rebecca Minkoff! A present from my mom for finishing spring semester with nearly perfect grades. I have been lusting after this particular black leather, gold accent Morning After Clutch for almost a year and am so thankful to finally call it my own.

Also hello to all my new followers! I woke up to the surprise of 400 this morning. I am always flattered and humbled each time some other individual admires my style and thoughts enough to want to follow me.

The best type of days entail seemingly disappointing events transforming into marvelous adventures. Today was one of those days. I dragged myself to the hour bus ride to go sit in my economics class for two hours to reach the door and receive and incoming email informing me the class was canceled. Luckily a classmate of mine offered me a ride home. We chatted and discovered we in fact had quiet a few mutual friends. Later I went to go see the highly anticipated Spiderman (Andrew Garfield *swoon*) in theaters. What better way to watch the most adorable new couple in Hollywood than to sit right next to the famed and fabulous Beckham clan. Yes, David Beckham and his three sons. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason
